  • Guardian Breeds

Books and practical resources for understanding, raising, training, and living well with powerful guardian breeds.

  • Garden & Homestead

Practical guidance drawn from growing food, gardening, food preservation, animal husbandry, and everyday homestead life.

  • From the Kitchen

Recipes, preservation methods, and the food traditions that grow out of the Edenish Acres kitchen and homestead.

Useful information should come from somewhere real.

Edenish Acres Publishing grew from the work of Edenish Acres itself—a small family farm and homestead where raising animals, growing food, gardening, preserving the harvest, and building a more self-sufficient life are part of the work we live every day.

We turn lessons gathered through that work into practical books and resources, focusing on subjects we know through doing and explaining not only what to do, but why it matters.

The goal is straightforward: clear, useful guidance that helps capable people make better decisions in their homes, gardens, kitchens, and relationships with the animals in their care.
